Meeting convened by Marques at 8:20 am. Holland absent due to illness.
II. Approval of Minutes from 03/15/12 Meeting
Motion to approved minutes by Sanchez, seconded by Love, and approved unanimously.
III. Budget
a. Review
Budget summary reviewed. All budgets are close to being depleted.
b. Reconciliation
Motion by Love to re align all categorical budgets to balance within a resource, seconded by McGowan and approved unanimously.
Motion by Kielty to establish teacher hourly (1157) in 70910 to balance 70900, seconded by Walters, and passed unanimously.
Motion by Love to move teacher hourly expenses (1157) from 70900 to 70910 to balance, seconded by McGowan, and approved unanimously.

Kielty reported on plans for the Reclassification Ceremony and also on the Pearson Field tests from which the school will earn funds.
